Nevada. It has been a conspiracy to the people of the
United States of America. It is so classified that those who go near the base will be executed. You can only see this base through google earth. I really believe that they are holding something very secret from the public. They hold futuristic UFOs, alien autopsies, Futuristic weapons, and technology far to advance for our modern society. One of the cases of the Area 51 was the Roswell UFO Sighting. It is about a farmer that saw an alien UFO crash and they saw the actual alien and the ship that they used. The government did not want the public to panic so they made up an excuse and they said that the UFO ship that they used was just a weather balloon that crashed. And the alien beings that the farmer found were just dummies that they put with the weather balloon. The case spread fast and the government was not prepared about what happened so then they just closed the case so that no one can talk about the case again. And the other thing about Area 51 is that they are making special weapons that do not want anyone to know except our government to know so that there will not be any country to know about this base. I also this that they are making aircrafts that they make that can go faster than the speed of sound. One actual evidence of the aircraft is the B2 bomber was once a classified aircraft. The B2 bomber can almost go faster than the speed of sound and it can go high enough that the aircraft can not be spotted by radars of the enemies. .

I think that what I need the most from my parents is their attention. I think that my relationship with my father is not as strong and my relationship with my friends, cousins, and my mother. It is hard to keep the relationship together for me. When my parents and I come back home from a long day and it is time for dinner we do not eat together. We just get the food that we want to eat and we go to our rooms. The only time I talk one of my parents about school and est. Is when my mom picks me put from school and we talk in the car. I do not talk to my parents about all of my problems because I don’t know how to tell them. When they talk to me about their day and I tell them about my day I feel a lot better. But when I don’t talk to anyone I feel depressed and the urge to speak to my parents about it. I think that if my parents and I would sit down at the dinner table and we talk about our days as we eat together I would not be in this kind of situation.

             I would like to know the daily lives about my culture. I hear many good tings about my culture. I hear many things about the Philippines but I never really experienced it. The first time and only time I went to the Philippines was when I was at the age of 3. So I never really understood what was going on at the time. I would like to know how my people live, their hospitality, and their own way to survive. My parents and my cousins that were born in the Philippines said that the life in over there is a lot harder than the life in America. I also would like to know how they cook the food there. The ingredients that they use here in America is different than the ingredients that they put in the food is different than what they put in the food that they make in the Philippines. And the one last thing that I would like to know the most is about my culture is the background history of my culture. I would like to know how some traditions come to be and how the superstition s that my family believes came about.

Philippines. My family has not changed a bit in culture when they migrated to Los Angeles. For the time capsule I would put several things inside of it. One aspect that I would put in the time capsule box is a basketball. I would put a basketball because almost everyday my family and I would play basketball in my backyard. The second thing that I would put is my “barong tagalong.” This is like a formal tuxedo in the
Philippines. The third thing that I would put inside the time capsule is my country’s flag that I keep in my room.

The case for the Board of Education vs. Pico is about Steven Pico and several other students in junior high in

New York trying to remove eleven book titles from their own schools library. They say that the books were about anti - Christian, anti – American, and filthy. This case was sent to the Supreme Court because of the denial of the first amendment rights. The Supreme Court denied the request to take the books away simply because they do not like the ideas of the book. Pico filed a charge on the power of the board school, which then went to the Supreme Court.

                        I think that the books should be removed from the library because people can believe in different things and sometimes it can offend other people. It should be removed because it can raise the amount of violence and discrimination. The books should be removed because they are racial and they can offend the kids at school. If school keeps the books and the kids read them then the kids will learn racial things and use them against other people. If the kids are exposed to this kind of inappropriate books it might increase the amount of racism and violence in our world today.

              My opinion for this case is that I go against it. I don’t like the idea about school board getting books from the library. I dont think that they should take the books. I don’t agree for them to take away the books because those books might be needed by the kids. As much as they think that they are inappropriate and rude books are always helpful. These books can help the kids and even the teachers.

Reflective blog

 

                        The Outsiders project was pretty fun. The project helps me appreciate my friends and family a lot more. This was one of the first projects that I had to do with other people that do not live in the same where I live. The project was kind of complicated at first but as it ended it started to go very smoothly.

                        There were some bad and good parts. There were only about three bad things that happened in this project. The bad parts of the project were maintaining to meet my partner in Canada. We only had one day at a certain time to meet. We had some trouble trying to make the voice thread that my group agreed on. One of the troubles that we had with the voice thread was putting our voices to it. One time my partners were trying to put their voices one it but their microphone for the computer didn’t work. There would be some sound but it wouldn’t the voice wasn’t clear so I had to redo everything and put voices for the pictures without sound. One of my partners in my school had some trouble getting his pictures because of his camera so basically my group struggled with that a bit.

                        The good thing about this project was when I met my partner in
Canada. I like to meet new people so I enjoyed it. It was pretty cool because I thought be kind of different from us, but they are a lot similar to us. I learned a lot more how some people in companies have to work with each other if they are in a far place. It helped me learn how to do these kinds of projects. If I had another is another project that involves working like I did for the outsiders project, I would know how to arrange it so everything can go smoothly.

The word i picked for this chapter is fear. I picked fear because the chapter was about the greasers in a brawl with the Socs. There is fear because nobody knows if a person would get hurt. You wont know when or how the person will get hurt. The greasers and the Socs never get along with each other. They are like mortal enemies. The fight was was between all the greasers versus all the Socs. They started a fight about who are the best fighters.

I picked friendship because both Darry and Ponyboy stayed in the hospital so they can take care of Jonny. They would stay in the hospital to hear from the doctor how Jonny is. If they were able to stay in the hospital, they would stay their as long as they could.And they would always think about jonny’s future and how they would help him. Friendship is a relationship between two or more people. It is valuable and treasurable. You basicly have to earn friendship with a person.
